TLC nursing agency was founded in 2006 and is locally owned by a licensed nurse with real experience in a variety of healthcare settings. Mohamed Basha, Founder and CEO, started this company with the mission of providing high-quality care by matching only the best people with the best jobs in healthcare, guided by compassion. We are based in beautiful Vermont with two permanently staffed offices and the fourth one in Lebanon, New Hampshire where our employees, especially traveling staff, have the reliable support of a local home team. We hire and provide placement for all types of healthcare professionals including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, LNAs, and other allied frontline healthcare professionals. We require a minimum of one-year experience for these types of positions.  By providing staffing services, we save facilities and organizations on costs associated with employee, hiring, training expenses, and advertising costs. We do all the work of finding qualified people like you so all you have to do is choose your desired positions and show up for work. Whether you need full-time hours, part-time or seasonal employment, you can be confident we have job openings for you. We have a 24-hour on-call staff coordinator who maintains contact with all the facilities we cultivate relationships with. Our services are not only flexible, they are tailored to improve our client’s facilities and meet the needs of individuals. Because we have dedicated staff to coordinate with facilities, these relationships mean they trust us to provide the most qualified candidates for their openings. Ongoing education and training in specialized skills are also available and our employees have access to our large online library of nurse educator-led training.  Not only does that help our RNs, LPNs, CNAs, LNAs, and aligned healthcare professionals keep their skills sharp with the most up-to-date information, they have the opportunity to learn new skills and maximize their potential.

Our Services

We hire healthcare professionals to join our team so we can fill healthcare vacancies in our communities. We need qualified individuals in hospitals, nursing homes, correctional facilities, doctor’s offices, individual client’s homes and so much more. Our staffing coordinators help place the right people in the right jobs and make sure they get the hours they desire for an optimal work-life balance. Health care professionals with licenses and certifications such as RNs and LPNs as well as other allied healthcare professionals should have a minimum of one-year experience before joining our team. All of our employees must have current CPR certifications and healthcare statements that include PPD testing.

“Cathedral Square Corporation (CSC) is a non-profit organization that owns and manages properties for seniors in Burlington, Colchester, Essex Junction, Jericho, Richmond, St. Albans, Waterbury, and Williston. While each community is unique, all Cathedral Square properties combine excellent support services and caring staff. CSC offers three different types of senior housing, which provide increasing levels of services: independent senior housing shared housing, and assisted living. With the changes in reimbursement throughout the healthcare realm, it is important to keep staffing costs at an affordable rate. Our local offices make it possible for our traveling employees to have a familiar face to reach out to in the area where they are working. If anything comes up, TLC NURSING AGENCY’s permanent staff is there. Whether you need help with lodging or getting around, one of our staff is just a phone call away. With three locations in Vermont and one in New Hampshire, support is close by. TLC’s local offices are where we gather for daily operations, events, and our in-house training.

We provide all employees with basic training and any facility training or certification that is needed for the desired position. Some of these include Professional Assault Crisis Training (Pro-ACT), Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB), Positive Approach to Care (PAC) and any other specialized training you might need for a particular assignment. Our nurse educators ensure that everyone is up to date on all the training they need and run our excellent in-house training and education events.
