As the Compliance Coordinator at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for ensuring that all candidates are at 100% with their compliance prior to arrival, auditing all active candidates compliance documents and checking that every document uploaded is correct and up-to-date, and helping other compliance coordinators if the need arises. TLC Nursing’s mission is to Cultivate meaningful relationships by bringing the best people together, and I support this by doing what the company expects of me, following company rules and regulations, and engaging in positive thoughts & practices with my colleagues .

In 2022, I successfully helped my team in achieving their goals by making sure that all candidates arrive on time with no problems regarding their compliance and passed the JCAHO accreditation by properly checking all the documents submitted & uploaded.

I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication at Cagayan de Oro College ( PHINMA) in Cagayan de Oro City.
