As the Virtual Assistant at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for managing calls, emails and messages from our staff, assisting Recruiter for administrative works, and assisting our active staff and newly booked candidates with all their concerns, while keeping track of our incoming candidates and helping compliance. TLC Nursing’s mission is to Cultivate meaningful relationships by bringing the best people together, and I support this by making sure that I am always here for every staff member that needs our support, assistance, and building relationships with my colleagues.
