As the HR Compliance Coordinator at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for working with Recruitment Coordinator Intake and Hiring Manager closely to monitor progress of applications for each prospect. Point-of-Contact between Client/Facility and TLC in terms of compliance documents and requirements. Carefully Audits and monitors each document received for validity and legitimacy before mapping them in the system. Reading laboratory results that they fit the required company standards.
