As the Virtual Travel Nurse Recruiter at TLC Nursing, I am responsible to schedule Zoom interviews, texting, calling and emailing applicants to build rapport, screen and qualify. Book interviews with qualified applicants and notify the HR team via phone, instant messaging or calendar. Remind applicants of the interview and reschedule if needed.
