As the travel staff recruiter at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for recruiting, maintaining relationships with my existing recruits, and being a strong support system for individuals who are traveling. I understand that our travelers are away from their loved ones, away from their support system back home. I strive to be a listening ear when they need to talk.

TLC Nursing’s mission is to cultivate meaningful relationships by bringing the best people together, and I support this by trying to find the most passionate and hard-working individuals to fill all of our facility needs.

I spent 13 years of my professional life in hospitality. I bring that with me here, to TLC. I want nurses and medical professionals to leave TLC with a sense of satisfaction. I want them to leave here and say “this company really cares about us as travelers and cares about the people who work for them and with them!”

I earned a Marketing Degree in 2011 at Champlain College. Located right here in the beautiful city of Burlington! When I am not working in the summer months I enjoy getting out on my boat on Lake Champlain, playing golf, and going on hikes. During the winter months, I enjoy playing hockey and going ice fishing.
