Homecare On-Call & Payroll Coordinator

As the Homecare On-Call & Payroll Coordinator at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for Homecare concerns, coverage and scheduling, and assist in Nursing & Home Care Payroll. I am also responsible for responding to all communications after hours queries and concerns from both the client and healthcare workers. TLC Nursing’s mission is to Cultivate meaningful relationships by bringing the best people together, and I support this by constant communication with the team and delivering quality work.

In 2022, I started working as on-call and payroll coordinator, helping my team responding to calls that come in after-hours for both homecare and healthcare staff and clients. I ensured communication and support were provided. I also assist caregivers and nurses to ensure their payroll is updated in a timely manner and that they are paid appropriately for their time, in the 2 months I have worked with TLC so far.

I earned degrees in Electronics Engineering Technology in Technological University of the Philippines-Visayas, and a degree in Business Administration focusing in Human Resource Management at La Consolacion College Bacolod. Also took units for a short course for Caregiver in Riverside College.
