Front Office Coordinator

As the Front Office Coordinator at TLC, I’m responsible for being a welcoming face and voice for the company. I’m lucky to work alongside every department at TLC in daily operations and meeting the needs of our various professional relationships.

In 2021, I successfully overtook the management of over 100 vehicles in our fleet for TLC Leasing LLC, our sister company. I helped my team systemize the start-to-finish process of renting our vehicles, including oversight of maintenance, communication, and contracts. Having our own fleet of vehicles meets a dire need within the travel industry while making it convenient and centralized for our employees. This is a role I now happily share with Chris Aruzza, TLC’s Fleet Manager.

Born and raised in Vermont, I have a constant growing appreciation for those that travel away from their home and families to help our beautiful state maintain safe staffing needs. I am a certified Personal Care Attendant and understand first-hand the needs within the community.

I earned my Notary Public License in January 2021 after passing our State Jurisprudence Exam and have assisted our travel staff in any notarizing needs, free of charge, as my token of appreciation.
