As a Payroll Coordinator at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for overseeing the overall payroll process, from supervising the accuracy of hours being processed in our system, to ensuring the correctness of the final pay of each and every caregiver. I am also in charge of addressing payroll and billing issues and making sure to be in open communication with both our clients and staff during the process.
TLC Nursing’s mission is to “Cultivate meaningful relationships by bringing the best people together”. I support this by doing my job to the best of my ability, making sure to achieve reasonable accuracy for payroll, which results in both clients’ and employees’ satisfaction.
Since I started in August 2020, I successfully executed and addressed a lot of payroll and billing concerns, helping the Payroll Team reduce a significant amount of errors in a matter of weeks.
I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy at the Mapúa University in Makati City, Philippines. Viva Mapúa!
