As the Compliance Coordinator at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for receiving documents from LEAP, auditing each new hire’s missing documents, and making sure everyone’s background check came back while working with hiring managers to keep them up to date with each candidates’ progress in compliance. TLC Nursing’s mission is to Cultivate meaningful relationships by bringing the best people together, and I support this by knowing what my job entails, executing my job in a cheerful and positive manner, and making sure that each candidate and employee is valued by the way I treat them.

In 2021, I successfully executed manual compliance collection, helping my team achieve the new work system in just 3 months.
