As a Homecare Recruiter at TLC Homecare, I am responsible for Attracting, Screening, Contacting, Selecting and Onboarding qualified and suitable PCA and LNA Candidates to fill our job openings. I joined TLC HomeCare in 2020 and I work in the Human Resources Department as a Recruiter. I conduct their Initial and Secondary Interview on the phone. I process their Background Checks and References and I make sure that every candidate we hire is a great fit for the job while ensuring that we maintain our high standards which our clients love the most.

I have taken up a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts at Colegio de San Juan de Letran Manila. My Communication Skills were the key in landing me to my career in Customer Support in the Philippines and Recruiting & Administrative career in Human Resources Overseas.
