As the Recruitment Coordinator at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for pulling candidates , conducting initial interviews , and filling out the number of candidates needed, while making sure to filter out those who are great fit to the role. TLC’s mission is to cultivate relationships and work not as a team but as a family, and I support this by building great relationships with my colleagues , working as expected of me, and making sure I select the best people.

In 2002, I successfully executed interviews and scheduled great candidates , helping my team achieve a big number of people booked in just 3 months.

I earned a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English at Icct College in Cainta. Go wizards !
