As Recruitment Coordinator at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for reaching out to candidates and conducting initial interviews, processing their application forms, assessing their skills and qualities.

TLC Nursing’s mission is to cultivate meaningful relationships by bringing the best people together and I support this by building good relationship with my fellow employees, showing up to work everyday, helping my coworker whenever I am needed and making sure to select the best people for the position.

I studied at the University of the Cordilleras and took up Bachelor of Elementary Education. Go Jaguars!
