As a recruitment coordinator at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for reviewing resumes, screening potential candidates, and conducting preliminary phone interviews to evaluate their skills, experience and qualifications. I schedule interviews with hiring manager, ensuring that the process run smoothly and efficiently.
