Our employees are part of the TLC Family. They can meet the needs of any facility because they go through an orientation process. Our home office is in South Burlington with the other three locations spread through out Vermont and in New Hampshire. Our Operations Staff in these locations provides consistency in training and continuing support throughout the staffing rotation. Having local offices helps us better support our team and the client in executing this goal. Our nursing staff is educated in OSHA and Survey standards and receives continuing educational support to ensure professional standards of the highest quality.
We are also able to provide our staff with any facility training or certification prior to onboarding them to your facility. We can provide Pro-ACT (Professional Assault Crisis Training), MOAB (Management of Aggressive Behavior), PAC-training (Positive Approach To Care), and any other facility required training for nursing jobs in Vermont prior to their onboarding.
